I had a supervisor from Nashville in the 80's that loved him and played him in the warehouse all the time, so he turned me on to it. All the stinkin' radio will ever play is "Devil Went Down to Georgia" - great fiddlin' but played to death.
High Lonesome... what a great tune. Parts of it reminds me of While My Guitar Gently Weeps but the chorus is much different. Vocal harmonies are fantastic.
Wooly Swamp is just a great and really tight song.

Oh yeah, Charlie Daniels Band is great. Back in the 80's (if memory serves) I listened to a lot of that southern/country rock sort of stuff. Charlie, Skynyrd, Allman Bros, Outlaws, Blackfoot, 38 Special. I tired of it after a while but it sounds good again after a long break.
